I have 12+ years of experience working with major brands and retailers across many industry verticals to develop innovative strategies for digital transformation and deliver e-commerce results. Here’s a look at my journey…

My career began in New York City working at two luxury designer jewelry companies, Alexis Bittar and Ippolita. Ultimately, this is where I discovered my passion for experience is what drew me to work with brands and products. And so began my journey into a career fueled by story-telling! The majority of my time in New York was spent working in e-commerce at Macys.com where I worked across teams to digitally integrate and elevate the stories of major brands including Ralph Lauren, Eileen Fisher, Steve Madden and more.

After building this solid foundation, I moved to Los Angeles and entered into the beauty industry, where I led the e-commerce and digital marketing teams for various global haircare brands at consumer goods companies. I was the first e-commerce hire as Head of E-commerce at Henkel’s Schwarzkopf Professional and Alterna Haircare brands, overseeing retailer e-commerce and bringing these brands to life across a broad digital eco-system, as well as advising the broader organization on growth strategies that could be replicated across other brands within the Henkel portfolio. As Sr. Director of Marketing & E-commerce at AQUIS Inc., I managed a team of e-commerce, marketing and creative professionals responsible for two brands, AQUIS and K18 Hair, and their digital identities.

I relocated back to my hometown, Richmond, Virginia, in 2020, where I am located today. Most recently, I served as E-commerce & Digital Marketing Consultant for private-equity backed Scholl’s Wellness Co. Throughout my career, I have been a successful change champion, thriving in environments that require creative problem-solving and leading mindset shifts to prioritize digital first, achieving growth both at large, traditional corporate environments and in venture-backed start-up environments alike.
